Shipping Policy

• We will ship the next day upon payment received.
• It will take 3 – 5 working days depending on the courier company. Don’t worry, you will receive it in a jiffy!
• Our courier partner is Ninjavan and our shipping coverage is only applicable for Peninsular Malaysia only. For shipment to East Malaysia, please contact us for more information.
• The flat rate shipping for one bottle is RM 8. For orders of TWO bottles and above, you can enjoy free shipping.

Refund Policy

• No refund will be issued.
• Please contact us directly after receiving the product if found dented, faulty, or spray head malfunctioning. We will arrange a 1 to 1 replacement.
• In case of any faulty or damaged product, please contact us the soonest and return the product within seven working days upon receipt in order to get your replacement.
